Data rights intake for clients, counsellors, and partner organisations

Use this form for requests that need review by our privacy team rather than an instant self-service action.

Your Rights Explained

What you can do yourself, what stays manual, and why

This page explains the rights people have in the service and when the signed-in privacy centre can do the work directly versus when a manual review is still needed.

Access and portability

You can generate your own export of the data linked to your signed-in account. The export is stored in a private download area instead of a public link, and the action is logged for audit purposes.

Consent and optional contact

You can turn optional contact and outreach choices on or off yourself. This does not switch off essential processing that is needed to run the service securely and meet legal obligations.

Correction, deletion, and review

You can submit correction or deletion requests yourself. We keep these as manual review actions when immediate changes could affect safeguarding, legal holds, billing evidence, or shared records.

Visibility, escalation, and complaints

You can see your request history, whether identity verification is still needed, and when an export is ready. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you should also be told how to contact the compliance team and the ICO.

Rights guidance for your role

All signed-in roles use the same privacy centre for their own account rights and self-service actions.

Cookies and tracking today

The app currently uses necessary sign-in cookies and first-party performance reporting to our own service. We are not currently using optional advertising or third-party analytics cookies in the app. If that changes, consent controls need to be added before those cookies are enabled.

Submit a privacy request

Use this form for access, export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, disclosure-accounting, confidential-communications, or privacy-complaint requests. We may need to verify identity before taking action.
