You create a secure account, complete the required onboarding steps, and only get app access after the right payment and approval conditions are complete.
Secure account first
The application starts by creating a secure identity account. Authentication alone does not grant platform access.
Payment before access
Self-serve plans are activated only after Stripe confirms the first payment and AMM approves the application.
Progress updates
The onboarding screen shows submitted steps, payment state, admin review, requested changes, and the final access decision.
Individual counsellor

Create your account, complete professional onboarding, set your rate, and wait for verification before you receive platform access.

- 4After approval and first subscription payment, your access is enabled and you can receive global-pool referrals.
- 5AMM payout is only triggered after the assigned work is completed and the psychometric assessment is submitted.
Small organisation
Teams managing their own counsellor network and referrals.
£200.00 per month
10 counsellor seats are included. Extra seats are £10.00 each up to 20; larger teams move to enterprise.
- 1Create a secure organisation account and complete organisation onboarding.
- 2Choose your counsellor-payment route and requested seat count before payment.
- 3Pay the first Stripe subscription payment, then wait for admin approval or amended terms.
- 4If AMM changes pricing, seats, or payment policy, you confirm the new terms before access is enabled.
- 5After approval, invite and manage counsellors, submit referrals, assign work, and track workflow status.
Enterprise global fund
Custom AMM-managed delivery for larger organisations.
Custom agreement
Enterprise pricing is agreed in a meeting. Fund amount, session volume, service scope, reporting, and payment route are confirmed with AMM before access.

- 3Review the final custom terms, including fund amount, delivery scope, payment route, and approval conditions.

- 5Once active, AMM-managed global-pool delivery, usage tracking, and reporting follow the agreed terms.
Onboarding remains visible after sign-up.
Your status page shows completed steps, payment status, admin review outcome, and any requested changes. Email updates are sent when the application moves forward. If you do not accept amended terms, reminders continue for the review window before the application is closed.
