How it works

From referral to appointment

Clients agree the practitioner, time and price before payment. They can follow the booking through a personal link, without creating an account.

  1. 1

    Request support

A person aged 16+ in the UK can submit a free counselling request. Organisations can also refer people through their own service.

  2. 2

    Choose a practitioner

For a private referral, choose a first and backup counsellor from the suitable options. Organisations assign from their own network. A request does not guarantee a match.

  3. 3

    Agree the appointment

Choose a time. The practitioner accepts or proposes another. Review the final time, duration and price, then confirm and pay if the session has a charge.

  4. 4

    Attend and follow up

Use your link to view the appointment. The practitioner records attendance and can arrange further sessions. Questionnaires are optional.

  1. Choose a time. A private client opens their personal booking link and chooses an available appointment.
  2. Practitioner replies. The practitioner reviews the request and offers the appointment. The standard price is £72; the practitioner makes this example session free.
  3. Client confirms. The client reviews the practitioner, time, duration and price, then confirms the appointment and consent. This example is a free session.
  4. Scheduled session. The practitioner schedules the agreed appointment and can manage it from the sessions workspace.
